Meet Anne-Laure Payet-Favre, our Alpiq Assistant & Project Coordinator for Electricité d'Emosson SA.

Anne-Laure Payet-Favre, Alpiq Assistant & Project Coordinator for Electricité d'Emosson SA in Martigny, is much more than a management support. She is the embodiment of flexibility and energy, wearing many hats that make her a real pillar of the organisation. Her mission goes beyond administrative management; she is an essential connection between Alpiq, Emosson SA and the various regional actors, integrating the Emosson dam to the local social and economic environment.

Anne-Laure, who specialises in tourism, marketing and events, worked for Lausanne Tourisme and the International Cycling Union before joining the 2020 UCI Road World Championships Organising Committee in 2019. She starts working for Emosson SA in 2021, discovering a new professional field/sector. Anne-Laure quickly found her place in the team, thanks to her genuine, family-oriented spirit and her excellent communication skills. Today, as well as supporting the management team, she coordinates various projects internally and with external stakeholders, organises staff events, handles partnership requests and helps to promote the magnificent Emosson dam. Persevering, she likes to see the projects she is involved in come to fruition and shows empathy for the people she works with. Dynamic and passionate about a lively and varied working environment, Anne-Laure enjoys action and working with different sectors. For her As far as she's concerned, there's no room for boredom in her job!

Very attached to her mountain roots, she loves being in contact with nature and enjoys recharging her batteries at alpine chalet in Les Diablerets, where she spends time with her family. In winter, she enjoys skiing and telemark skiing on the slopes. She also enjoys beach volleyball, running and yoga, and it's through these activities or a good aperitif that she draws energy from everyday life and clears her head!
