The Board of Directors of Alpiq Holding AG will propose the adaptation of Art. 24 of the Articles of Association of Alpiq Holding AG to the Annual General Meeting. The change would enable members of the Alpiq Executive Board to accept up to three, rather than currently two, mandates in listed companies.
