Already during the last two ski seasons Alpiq caused quite a stir with two fan campaigns in which more than 4000 people participated. This included the world's largest greeting card, which was acclaimed as a Guinness World Record. Due to the great success, Alpiq has once again come up with something special for Dominique Gisin fans and all snow sports enthusiasts: with a bit of luck and lots of votes one can win one of seven ski helmets with printed messages that Dominique will wear during her races. The charming athlete will sign and personally hand over these unique helmets to the winners at what will certainly be an unforgettable ski day in St. Moritz on 31 March 2012. Dominique Gisin is absolutely delighted at the loyalty of her fans and the enthusiastic participation in the campaign to date. "I am convinced that the many messages and good wishes will bring me additional luck so that I can achieve even more podium positions."
First helmet with 20 messages on the slope at the beginning of January Anyone can participate by uploading their personal message to Dominique Gisin for each of the seven races on www.fanpower.ch or via www.facebook.com/fanpower. The 20 most popular messages will be given a place on a helmet. The fan who receives the largest number of votes for her or his message will then win the helmet and a day's skiing with Dominique. The first winner has already been defined. The winner's prize will be worn by Dominique Gisin at the ski World Cup weekend in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria – and hence presented to an audience of millions at the race itself and via television. The other helmets will be at the starting gate in Cortina d'Ampezzo, St. Moritz, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Sotschi, Bansko and Schladming.
